REFUND & CANCELLATION POLICY

This Property Listing Policy establishes the rules and standards governing the advertisement of properties on the Yetu Listings platform. It is designed to protect property owners, buyers, tenants, brokers, and all users by ensuring that listings are accurate, lawful, and reliable.
This Policy should be read together with our Terms and Conditions, Verification Policy, Privacy Policy, and Anti-Fraud Policy.

Before buying or leasing, ensure the seller or landlord has the legal right to transact. Request supporting ownership documents where applicable.
